Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition
- Free from damage, scratches, or signs of use
- In the original packaging
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at solnejewellery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different style or size where stock is available. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalised orders
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
